To qualify for approval:

  • Products must mirror their original delivery condition

  • Unused, uninstalled, and bearing all original tags (if applicable)

  • Retained in their complete original packaging

  • Accompanied by official proof of purchase or receipt

2. Initiating a Return

To begin a return request, please contact our support team at service@resonatesync.com.

Upon approval of your request:

  • We will supply an authorized return shipping label

  • Clear instructions will be sent detailing where and how to ship your parcel

Important: Parcels mailed back without prior authorization or a valid return request will be rejected.

3. Transit Damages & Defects

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

Should a product arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us instantly so our team can investigate and resolve the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Product Exceptions

Certain merchandise categories are excluded from returns, including:

  • Perishable items (foods, plants)

  • Custom-built or personalized furniture pieces

  • Personal hygiene and care items

  • Hazardous materials, chemicals, or flammable liquids

  • Initial shipping fees incurred at checkout

  • Final sale merchandise and gift cards

5. Exchanges

For the fastest turnaround on a replacement item:

  • Return the original product through our normal process

  • Place a separate new order for the desired item once the return is logged

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered to the European Union, customers hold the legal right to cancel or return purchases within 14 days without citing any justification.

  • Items must remain unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided.

This statutory right operates independently of our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Reimbursements & Refunds

Once your return arrives and undergoes inspection, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved reimbursements credit directly back to your original source of payment.

  • Allow up to 10 business days for internal processing.

8. Return Authorization & Address

A valid return shipping label issued by AMERICAN FURNITURE OUTLET is mandatory prior to dispatching any merchandise.
